We were recently contacted by one of the managers of DHL Japan, for a project that is in the works to help the children in the Tohoku region. School Cones for Japan started out as an idea by a boy in Germany who wanted to help the children in Japan who have been affected by the quake, tsunami and nuclear crisis. We’re happy to be helping with this project to deliver 1,000 school cones, which will be filled with needed items, plus maybe some fun stuff for school aged children up north.
The great thing about this project is that it started out as an idea by a boy in Germany, but has now grown to have children from 6 countries participating in this project.
The plan is to deliver these to schools on December 6th, and also bring our show of magic and balloon art to make it an even more fantastic day for the children. We’ll be posting updates, so stay tuned. For more information on School Cones for Japan, check out their website: http://www.schoolcones-for-japan.com/
